These women-only Pilates sessions are suitable for all fitness levels, including complete beginners, and take place in a safe, supportive, and halal environment.
The classes focus on improving core strength, flexibility, posture, and overall well-being through controlled and intentional movement, supporting functional strength for everyday activities.
More than just exercise, this class offers a space where women can prioritise their health and well-being. As women, we often place others first and forget ourselves, these sessions provide an opportunity for self-care, mindfulness, and meaningful social connection with like-minded sisters.
These sessions provide a positive and supportive environment for women to engage in physical activity, promote well-being, and connect with one another in a women-only setting.
Participation Waiver & Disclaimer
1. Acknowledgement of Participation
I understand that I am voluntarily taking part in Ladiesβ Pilates classes, which may include stretching, strength and balance exercises, floor work, and the use of resistance equipment. I acknowledge that Pilates involves physical activity that carries risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, dizziness, falls, or other physical injuries.
2. Health & Fitness Declaration
I confirm that:
β’ I am 18 years of age or older and able to participate independently.
β’ I am in adequate physical condition to safely take part in Pilates sessions.
β’ I have consulted my doctor, or I am confident that I do not require medical clearance.
β’ I will inform the instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect my participation.
β’ I will stop immediately and notify the instructor if I feel unwell, dizzy, in pain, or unable to continue safely.
3. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge and accept that:
β’ There are inherent risks involved in physical exercise, even when supervised professionally.
β’ The instructor will offer guidance, but I am responsible for listening to my body and working within my own limits.
β’ My participation is fully voluntary and at my own risk.
I accept full responsibility for any injuries, health issues, or damages that may arise from my participation.
4. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law.
β’ Release the instructor, organisers, venue owners, and associated personnel from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation.
β’ Understand that neither the instructor nor the organisers are responsible for accidental injury or medical expenses related to participation.
This release does not apply in cases of proven negligence or legal obligations that cannot be waived.
5. Personal Belongings
I understand that I am responsible for my own personal items and valuables, and that the organisers are not liable for loss or damage.
