Overnight Stay Winter Conference 2025

Please note the following:

1. The earliest arrival date is Wednesday, 24th December 2025.
2. Everyone will be expected to leave on Saturday, 27th December 2025.
3. Everyone MUST pre-register as spaces are limited.
4. Overnight stay is ONLY for those brothers/sisters who are travelling from outside of Birmingham.
5. There will be no overnight stay for anyone under 18.
6. You will need to provide your own sleeping materials (blanket, sleeping bag, etc.).
7. The Masjid will provide a basic breakfast.
8. Please note the booking fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
9. Upon booking/purchasing your slot for the overnight stay, you must agree and comply with GLMCC’s overnight stay terms and conditions.

I understand that my place is not guaranteed until payment has been made.

Green Lane Masjid and Community Centre reserves the right to withhold registration. Conference times and/or days and/or content may change. Overnight stay may be canceled if the uptake is insufficient to hold the overnight stay.
